Banff, Alberta Makes it All Go Away

In continuing the newsletter (sign up), I sent out a photo from Banff on Monday. This was my first time to Banff, Alberta and I was blown away. The scenes were a nice contrast to my love for built, urban landscapes.

We took a gondola up the top of a mountain (I believe it was called Sulphur Mountain, but don’t quote me) and started to explore.

Canvas Print available for Purchase

Once I was at the top of these mountains, looking out in the distance, I realized how many problems are insignificant. I mean problems that we have no control over, and problems that should not drain us of so much energy, ie a messy bedroom, dishes needing to be done, a snowy morning, or a traffic jam. The anxiety and stress that can come from stupid things all goes away when you are in a place like Banff, Alberta.

Banff pulls you back into the moment. The moment where you’re supposed to live. It dwarfs any competition from the mediocre day to day “STUFF.”

I challenge you to take a moment and picture your own Banff the next time you’re feeling overwhelmed with day to day crap.  I say “your own Banff” because maybe you have an image, like the one shown here, that makes you feel this way.  It could be something from an old vacation.

Banff Canvas

I have listed this picture as a limited edition canvas wrap – 24×36 and only 5 available.  Once the 5 are sold, I don’t sell any other canvas wraps of that image.   The image is still up for the option of a metallic print if a winner from the newsletter is interested in it.   If you’re constantly feeling like you’re held down, consider purchasing this art and allowing it to enrich your home or office.

Art is powerful and uplifting.

I encourage anyone to get out and see Alberta! I want to go a bit later in the spring, or early summer to see some more greenery.
