About
Nuwomb Creative is about making the decision to act on your deepest creative urges and passions to create a life by your rules. Essentially, it’s about the rebirth of the creative individual to pursue life again.
Nuwomb Creative blog is for people who:
- are unhappy in their current career role
- are unsure how to go about getting going online
- have the creative urge but don’t know why or how to pursue it
- feel stuck and trapped in a cubicle farm
- started blogging but feel like giving up
- have more than one passion and are unsure which path to pursue
- that want to or recently quit their day job
Nuwomb Creative blog is also intended to inspire readers. I quit my job at one of Canda’s most desired companies to work so that I could follow my true path. Along my path is you. Our paths were meant to cross at this precise time. I know that I have something to learn from you, and you have something to learn from me.
Incubator for Passion and Ideas
Once you have somewhere to call your own – a virtual studio, or gallery – you are suddenly much more motivated to work on your art, photography, writing, or poetry. You no longer have to wait for a physical gallery to accept your submission, or for that publisher to approve a book deal. You’re living your life and people will have the ability to see you doing that. This is power. I’ve seen countless stories where the blog is what got the person noticed and got them the book deal, the gallery space, etc.
I want you to take the leap, take action, begin the process of building your online presence and moving towards your dreams. I know that everyone has something amazing to offer the world, and I want to help you get that message out much faster than you normally would on your own, learning and trying to figure out everything that goes into starting a blog.
We’re all about Renaissance Living. What’s that mean? Good Question. It’s essentially a creative lifestyle in which you’re pursuing your passions. At Nuwomb Creative, we believe that you can have many passions and you can enjoy every one of them during your life. We are living in an interesting time and we see a strong correlation with the Renaissance of the 14th Century.
About the Author
WORD! I’m Scott, a self taught photographer and online creative in Canada. I ‘ve recently started to push into online entrepreneurship because I desire to be paid to do what I love in life. I will show you that it is possible to wake up and get to work on whatever you feel like doing that day.
I’m currently considered a fiancée, and our Wedding is set for September 18, 2010. I am committed to pursuing my passions in my life. I manipulate photographs, adore Wordpress Designs, and love finding ways to connect with people that want to make a difference.
Depression Turned to Action
I saw my doctor about 1.5 years ago and realized that depression does run in my family and everything suddenly made sense. I started taking anti-depressants and I believe it took about 7 months before we got the dosage to where it was making a difference. I started to gain interest back in photography and had the desire to start my blog. It was like I woke up out of a 5 year coma. I made the decision to take action.
I finally took action and said that I want to improve my life. I haven’t done it overnight and I havn’t done it in 279 days. I am still in the process. Nothing has changed my life more than the simple act of starting my blog and having a voice.
Social Profiles To Connect
The nuwomb, is about recreating your life around your passions. It’s a figurative place where you’re ideas incubate and with the power of small steps, you change your life for the better. If you work in a corporate office, it might mean cutting the cubicle umbilical cord.
Our Goal is show, teach, coach you towards your dreams and passions. We have a strong relation to photography, but it’s not limited to it. You’ll notice that we have many passions as well, and we’re living the Renaissance Life before your very eyes.
The key is action.
Why Do I blog?
25 reasons for blogging and having my own website
I envisioned Nuwomb as a resource for photographers, but a different type of resource. We’re about coaching for photography, but not in the technical sense of camera settings. Atleast, that’s not my original intention. We are here to help you with taking action towards living the life you want; getting paid to live out what you love! There is no need to continue working in that job you hate.
These are a few of my other passions you can find on the internet:
